Friday holiday canceled in UAE, live together will valid.

In the United Arab Emirates, weekly holidays are being canceled from January 1 to Friday in the new year to keep pace with the West. The ban on unmarried couples living together has been lifted.

It is also the first time a Middle Eastern country has issued a "civil marriage license" for a non-Muslim couple.

According to the state news agency WAM, the Gulf state is trying to survive in the face of regional competition.

The total population of the UAE is one crore. 90% of them are foreigners. There are a large number of non-Muslims in it. The UAE, on the other hand, is a Muslim conservative country. But to be modern, they have already amended the law.

According to the WAM, the first couple in the capital, Abu Dhabi, to be married under a private status as non-Muslims are Canadians. They were the first non-Muslim couple to be issued a civil marriage license. Abu Dhabi is a top destination for skilled and expert people from all over the world. Such an initiative has been taken to maintain that position.

The Middle East is the birthplace of Islam. There, in the case of non-Muslims, such as Christians and Jews, civil marriage is a rare occurrence. However, Tunisia and Algeria have already approved civil marriage. Some countries in the region have approved civil unions on certain conditions. Some countries also recognize marriages that have taken place abroad as 'civil marriages'. The rest do not recognize this marriage at all.

The UAE amended a number of laws last year to promote social liberalization. The ban on unmarried couples living together has been lifted. Restrictions on drinking alcohol have been relaxed. Long-term residency has also been proposed. Earlier this month, the UAE announced that they would have a Western-style weekend holiday. In other words, there was a weekly holiday from Friday to Saturday. But from January 1, 2022, it will not be. From then on, there will be weekly holidays on Saturdays and Sundays.
