Sufian was injured in a collision with his team's goalkeeper on the field. He also recovered from the initial treatment. But after a while he died of a heart attack.

According to local media APS, Sufian's Mauludia Saida and ASM Oran Club will face each other in the Group B match of the Algeria League-2 tournament on Saturday. Sufian, 26, was leading Mouloudia.

During the first half of the match, Sufian was running towards the goalkeeper from the midfield. Then Sufian collided with the goalkeeper. After receiving first aid, he started playing again.

He fell on the field before 10 minutes. Sufian was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. But the footballer died before reaching the doctor. The players of both the teams broke down in tears on the news of his death. The match was later canceled.
